We go to Alkmaar, the city on the north part of Netherlands, to visit the traditional cheese market. During Apr. to Sep., the cheese market will show some traditional performances of trade of cheese at 10 a.m. to 12 a.m..

In the market, cheese carriers carry the cheese to the building to measure their weights. For general, a chunk of cheese is about 12 kg and they need to move 8 chunks of cheese at once time. It's an old tradition since 1593 A.C..
