Ski in Korea, Gangwon-do

It goes without saying that we must go skiing during visiting Korea in winter!

This is our first time to go skiing.

Hence, we choose to attend the tour, which is introduced by a beautiful girl in ptt :p

This is the website of the tour.

Won Obba is a very nice and helpful guy!

We didn't exchange Korean money and he can accept the US dollars with really low exchanging rate!

BTW, they also provide some interesting tour.

I might choose it next time!

We meet them near the city hall station in a early time.

This is our breakfast~

There are also many cars in the high-speed road for working QQ

It takes about 2 hours to drive to Gangwon-do.

It's pretty cold.....

They takes us to rent the clothes for the skiing~

Suit up!!!

A cute Korean girl is in the picture, haha.

After wearing the warm clothes, we get back to the car and go to the vivaldi park directly!!!

Here we are!

It's artificial snow and not the real one, but I think it's good enough for us.

After all, we are just beginner :p

Standing in the line for the tickets and equipment.

A handsome Korean boy will give you the suitable ski and shoes.

I'm ready!!!

After all of us ready, we stand in a circle and Obba will teach us how to ski.

After an hour of the class, we learn some basic steps, like waling forward and side walk, etc.

Then, we could take the cable car to the top of the mountain!!!

To be frankly, we just go to the top of the beginner's area.

There are too many people in the park.

It's very dangerous... and make me learn how to turn left and right...

It's so interesting that we totally forget to have our lunch!!!

Ops... It night crash...

Top thing to do on a snow day - Snow angel!!!

There are many hotels near the park!

Here is the map of the park.

We spend most of our time in the beginner's region.

Here is the price of the park.

The price of the tour is not expensive!

It's awesome to get something hot to eat and drink after this activity, especially some alcohol!

On the way back to Seoul, Won Obba give us a cookie and apple juice.

He tells us that the apples are grown by his father!

There exists more pictures on the Obba's facebook.
