Ewha Womans University, Seoul

After walking around Sinchon, we take the taxi to the Ewha university.

To my surprise,we could pay with credit card on the taxi directly!

In Korea, credit card is very useful!

Ewha university is one of the oldest university in Korea, founded in 1886.

It's one of the best private women's school and its acceaptance rate is only 9.5% in 2014 year (by wiki)!

Many visitors come here for its beautiful Gothic architecture.

We can see Welch-Ryang Auditorium as we enter the entrance of the school.

It was a church.

On the right hand of the front door, there are spectacular buildings.

I think it's a library.

Visitors are prohibited from entering. Hence, I just take the pictures from the window.

Some students are studying.

This is the main building of the university.

We cannot go into the building so we just take some pictures of these amazing buildings!

The garden landscapes are breathtaking!

 

We bought a traditional Korean dessert on the road!

I don't know what its name is. It tastes like the sweet potato.

  

After visiting the campus, we see a familiar tea shop near the school, GongCha.

It's from Taiwan. Honestly, I seldom drink it in Taiwan.

So it makes me surprise that it's a large store in Korea.

 

The flavor is same with the one in Taiwan but the price is 3 times more expensive.
